At 21: Graduated with my BBA in Real Estate Investments from Baruch College.
At 22: Couldn’t land a job in my field—worked as a server and started helping at an event space in Brooklyn. Eventually got my own.
At 23: Knew nothing about the business, went broke, learned digital marketing, and did $15k in my third month. Opened a second space and hit $30k/month.
At 25: COVID wiped me out again. Launched a rental company and scaled to $1M/year.
At 26: Started consulting and built my first course, Six Figure Event Space Accelerator.
At 27: Created Event Space Elites, helping others find, fund, and fill their own venues. Fully exited all 4 of my locations in all-cash deals.
